Music Photography Rates

Half Day Shoot (3.5 hours) - $500

  • Studio or On Location

  • Up to 2 locations/sets/backdrops

  • Includes paper roll backdrop and lighting

  • 1 look per location/set up

  • Film developing and high-resolution scanning

  • 10 final high-resolution photos

Full Day Shoot (7 hours) - $900

  • Studio or On Location

  • Up to 3 locations/sets/backdrops

  • 1 look per location/set up

  • Film developing and high-resolution scanning

  • 24 final high-resolution photos per location/set up

Note: Studio hire, make-up, wardrobe styling, and set design are not included.

Custom Built Set - additional $900

  • Includes hand-painted backdrops, props, and accessories

  • Creates a unique and magical set for your photos

Additional Photos - $30 each

Live Digital Photography - $350 per gig

  • Max. 3 hours and 3 bands

  • Includes 40 final digital images

  • Additional bands: $90 per band/hour

  • Door spot required

Music Videos

Live Action: From $4,000 per full day of filming

For videos where your band/you/ an actor is in the film. Rates vary depending on studio/ location and props hire, talent, styling and make up rates and gear hire to make your music video.

Stop Motion and Cut Paper Animation: From $1,500 per minute

Collage or cut paper stop motion animations for your music video. These are sooooooo fun but they take a heap more time so there is a 8-12 week turn around time for any stop motion or animation videos.

Extras - Spotify Canvas and Instagram edits $180

If you need a vertical Spotify canvas (8sec 1080px x 1920px) or an Instagram reel edit/ teaser for you feed, made from the video I created, let me know!

SPECIALS: “GET WHAT YOU’RE GIVEN” Music Video - $1400

You supply your song and you receive a lucky dip of a music video, it could be anything! you wont know until you get it! no changes oOoOoOoOOoOoOOooooo It’s so mysterious!. its like a lucky dip , you get what you get! Min. 6 week turn around. Subject to availability.

Live Video Sizzle Reels: $500
A 2-5 minute video recap of your gig or event.
Includes up to 4 hours of filming; $125 per additional hour. 4-week turnaround. Rush jobs (7 days) incur a 20% surcharge. Changes: $65 each

Behind-the-Scenes Video: $400
Capture the behind-the-scenes action of your press or music video shoot or gig. Includes a 2-3 minute video showcasing the making-of process and 20 35mm film photos from the day.

Studio Hire

  • APAX Studios, Preston: $150 per shoot
    This year, as a resident of APAX Studios, I’m pleased to offer studio hire at a highly discounted rate of $150 per shoot (regularly $850 per day).

Graphic Design, Art and Illustration

  • Logos starting from $400

    A unique band logo that you can use on releases, social media, stickers, badges and posters.

  • Posters starting from $250

    An A3 poster for print and a version for web.

  • Social Media Elements starting from $120

    all the extra social media elements you need based on the poster I have designed, this includes : 1-2 Instagram tiles, 1 Instagram story slide and a Facebook event banner

Albums, EPs and Single Artwork

  • Single Artwork starting from $400

    Artwork and design for Singles - for online use only

  • Design and or placement starting from $600

    You already have artwork all ready to go but you need help with design, fonts and placement for digital or physical releases including record covers , tapes and single covers

  • Original Artwork starting from $600

    You have the design, font and placement sorted (like you have hired or are on top of the graphic design part) but you need artwork, a concept, art direction, something cool to put on your cover, this includes original photos, illustration , graphics or collages. I’ll supply them to you or your graphic designer in the formats needed for digital or physical releases.

  • Original artwork + design and placement starting from $1000

    You need both of the above, artwork and design for physical media (tape, cds or viny! )
    Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure the date.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 21 days from the shoot date for film developing, scanning, editing, and uploading. Rush jobs (7 days) incur a 20% surcharge.

Additional Travel: $75 - For travel beyond 1 hour from Preston, Victoria.

Changes: Any changes to the project after initial delivery will incur additional fees as specified.
